About the Author
Roger grew up in rural Utah and spends most of his time close to nature.
His love of art found a perfect expression in the design and making of jewelry. He produced works in gold and silver for 35 years, then went on to stone carving, painting, and metal sculpture.
He had never dreamed of writing a book until he met the right people in Mexico and followed his inspiration.
He likes to travel, and moves with the weather. Winters are spent in San Carlos, Mexico fishing, making art, and enjoying the warm climate. He leaves when it’s too hot and spends springtime at his ranch near Zion National Park. When the desert heat becomes too much, he pulls his restored ‘65 Airstream trailer to the cool high mountains of northern Utah. When the leaves fall, he’s back at the ranch for autumn.
He is working on an extended version of his first book which he calls his “Un-cut Edition.” It will contain material “For adult eyes only.”
