Praise for How to Get Out of Your Own Way

“This book was so much fun to read. It’s an informative “to-do” book that actually tells me what to do in the morning, what to do when I get triggered or stressed, what to incorporate into daily practice for prevention etc. In our society today we tend to look outside of ourselves for the quick fix when in reality the power to heal ourselves is within all of us and now we have a book to show us just that.”
Holly Levac, Registered Nurse
